Tonya Rawe – CARE USA Policy Advocate Tonya Rawe is a Policy Advocate on the Government Relations team with CARE’s Policy and Advocacy Unit in Washington, D.C., where her work consists of analyzing US policy and advocating on key legislation. Tonya Rawe has a master’s degree in international relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Raja Jarrah – Climate Change Advisor (REDD) Raja Jarrah is currently overseeing pilot projects in Guatemala, Peru and Brazil for rural communities to generate carbon credits from activities that improve their livelihoods. His expertise lies in Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD). Raja Jarrah has been CARE’s representative on this area in the UN climate change conferences leading up to COP15.
